Lewis and Harris - February 2023

Lewis and Harris (Leòdhas is na Hearadh in Scottish Gaelic) is the largest island in Scotland and part of the Outer Hebrides. The north (Lewis) is flatter, but with high sea cliffs, sea stacks, and rocky shores. Harris is hilly in comparison, but with more sandy beaches. However, it all forms a rugged and wild boundary between Europe and the open Atlantic Ocean.
